From the Frontline to the Founder’s Desk
Lou Anne began her career on the frontline of the BPO industry in 2005. Over the next two decades, she built a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of global outsourcing operations by working across virtually every core pillar of the business. Her extensive background spans customer support, technical support, sales, billing, collections, quality assurance, training, compliance, and senior operations leadership.

Alongside her corporate roles, Lou Anne has consulted directly for international founders and small business owners in the UK and US building their operations from the ground up: recruitment, onboarding, SOPs, and full-cycle team sourcing. Doing this made clear that two decades of BPO experience, networks, and operational expertise could serve far more businesses than one at a time.
